Terramoor Website

After I redesigned the Terramoor logo, the company asked me to carry the new brand into its website.
Client: Terramoor
Services: Website design and development (WordPress and Divi)
Year: 2025
The Challenge
Terramoor’s existing website loaded slowly and was overdue for an update. The new site needed to explain four distinct services to homebuilders, investors, and partners: residential development, land acquisition, entitlements, and consulting.
The content came from several people on the Terramoor team, including the owner, the marketing vice president, and their in-house marketing artist. All of it needed to come together in one consistent voice and structure.
The Approach
We started the website about a month after the logo was completed, so the brand was fresh and the working relationship was already in place.
I organized the site around how Terramoor’s clients look for information:
- About Us: introduces the company and its experience
- Expertise: covers the four service areas, each with its own section
- Projects: shows communities Terramoor has developed or is managing
- News & Articles: gives the company a place to share updates
- Contact
The new brand carries through the whole site. The gold and navy palette sets the tone, and the gold logomark marks each area of expertise, so the identity stays visible without overwhelming the content.
I built the site in WordPress with Divi and set it up so the Terramoor team can publish their own news and articles without needing me.
The Result
The site gives Terramoor a clear, professional presence that matches its new identity. The team publishes articles on a regular basis, and the site continues to grow as new projects come online.
