Terramoor helps builders and developers turn raw land into development-ready sites, guiding them through site selection, acquisition, and entitlement. Their brand needed to reflect their expertise in planning and progress while standing out from the competition. I designed a square logomark with a stylized “T” that represents pathways and grids, symbolizing connectivity, strategy, and development. This visual concept ties directly to Terramoor’s role in shaping land into thriving communities. To maintain brand recognition, we kept the company’s original gold color, which represents the land they work with. To complement the gold and create a more corporate, trustworthy feel, I introduced a deep navy blue. The typography was carefully chosen for its bold, geometric style, giving the logo a strong presence while distinguishing Terramoor from competitors. The final identity is clean, modern, and strategically designed to reinforce Terramoor’s position as a leader in land development.
